When I used to be heavier than I wanted to be, I spent a lot of time researching health and fitness so I could learn how I should really treat my body. The tips and advice I followed were reasonable, practical, and safe. I've since developed a passion for helping others achieve similar results, and this blog provides a way for me to reach out and share my passion with others.
